This post is mainly directed at those of you who live in Italy (but if you live elsewhere and find the Playgroups interesting don’t hesitate to contact me and we can talk about it). As all of you living in Italy will surely know by now in August the whole country is on the beach and any activity is suspended unless vital. However in September things normally go back to normality (assuming in Italy anything can be considered “normal”) so also Bilingual For Fun’s Playgroups are about to resume.
We’ll continue the Playgroups in Verona and we are starting Playgroups in Rome too, and we are open to may more places!
Hare are some details:
Playgroup for bilingual children in English, French and German in Verona and Rome
These Playgroups are for preschoolers and starting in early infancy is strongly advised, the first year of life is critical for language learning
These are real Playgroups so there is plenty of room for free play, it’s an opportunity to stay together, not a class
Every child must come with a parent (or grandparent or baby sitter, etc) who should speak the Playgroup’s language, as Italian will not be allowed on the premises
Max 12 children per Playgroup
The Playgroups are an opportunity for adults as much as for kids, an opportunity to relax and play with the children, but also to receive support about bilingualism
The Playgroups are managed by a parent, who will receive full training and support by Bilingual For Fun
We start off with English, French and Germand but could easily add more languages, let us know if you are interested
Similarly, we could start these Playgroups in other towns or places too. Catania and Perugia are already an option, and we can create more. Get in touch if you are interested at bilinguepergioco CHIOCCIOLA yahoo PUNTO com
